I Returned a Lee-Wrangler Item That Didn’t Fit but Still Haven’t Received My Refund
I ordered three items from the Lee-Wrangler online store, but one of them didn’t fit me. I followed all the return instructions exactly—I used the return form provided in the package and shipped it back to the given address the very next day. I even received confirmation that the return had been delivered just two days later.
However, it’s now been 17 days and I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted customer service multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, they kept stalling with excuses like "we're still tracking the shipment." Eventually, they admitted the return did reach them two days after I sent it, but despite this, the refund has still not been processed.
I’ve returned items to other online stores before, and I never had to wait this long. Those stores issued refunds within a few days. Lee-Wrangler’s delay and lack of accountability are unacceptable for a brand of this size and reputation.
I’m asking for my refund to be processed immediately. If this is how Lee-Wrangler handles simple return requests, then I have no intention of ever shopping from them again—and I’ll be warning others as well. Make this right.
