Huawei Mate 20 Pro Won't Recognize The Sim Card

My Huawei Mate 20 Pro phone broke down 2 months ago. My phone started not recognizing the sim card and its fast charging wasn't working either. For these reasons, I called Huawei Turkey about 1 month ago. They directed me to a company called Fix Smart and asked me to send my phone there. I sent my phone. They got to me a few days later. They stated that they had to open the back cover of the phone and that they could damage the phone while doing so. That's why they asked me to give my consent for them to damage my phone. Of course, I did not approve. Look, we're not talking about repairing the phone. Just to open the back cover of the phone, Huawei's authorized service asks me to let them damage my phone. What kind of authorized service is this? What kind of support? Is such a service possible? I can't see what the repair guy is doing. How can I let him hurt her, not knowing if she's going to be careful or sloppy. Authorized service and Huawei Turkey reported that if I do not confirm that this is a procedure, they will not open the phone and that the malfunction will not be intervened. Then they sent back my faulty phone. It is truly a deplorable situation that Huawei does not own its own goods in this way and leaves its customers in the middle. If I can't get Huawei's own goods to be done by its own authorized service, who will I have it done? If Huawei leaves me in the middle like this, don't I and many people around me know that they will never bring any Huawei branded products into their homes again in their lifetime? I want this application, which ignores customer satisfaction, to be corrected immediately. Otherwise, you can have your phone repaired at an underground phone shop and be sure that I will never mind any Huawei brand product again at my home and to my acquaintances.
