My Huawei Smartphone Was Delivered Damaged By The Authorized Service



My Huawei phone became unusable after a screen replacement by Huawei KVK Turkey's authorized service. It stayed in their service center for approximately 2 months. I was informed that they attempted to repair it five times in total. However, they eventually returned the device to me in an unusable condition and stated that there was nothing more they could do. I requested a device replacement and a refund, but both my appeals were rejected by both the authorized service and Huawei. I have been a victim of this situation for about 2 months, and it has not led to any resolution.

I definitely did not receive any help from the company, there was no goodwill approach, the Consumer Court ruled that a new device should be provided, and I was only able to get it through enforcement 4 months after the decision.
