Huawei Mate XS 2 Screen Protector Issue

I entrusted my Huawei Mate XS 2 smartphone, whose factory-installed screen protector film came off, to the Kartal KVK authorized service center via the Ankara KVK Kızılay branch on March 14, 2024. The KVK service contacted me three to four days later, stating that the screen protector film needed to be replaced under warranty and obtained my approval. However, after reaching the fourteenth day without any response, I contacted Huawei to intervene in the situation. Subsequently, KVK informed me that the part would arrive by the end of April. Despite repeatedly calling the Huawei authorized service, I was only told that a complaint record had been created, and the calls were abruptly ended with the assurance that the matter had been conveyed. Meanwhile, KVK only provided information about the part arriving at the end of April. KVK stated that they could send the phone if I wanted, or I could wait. I called Huawei multiple times during this process, only to be told they would assist but kept postponing. I feel deceived, and this situation is still ongoing. The manufacturer is not taking any action under the pretext of legal process. They mentioned that the legal process would expire on April 5, 2024; however, upon Huawei's assurance of assistance, I purchased a Watch 4 watch and FreeBuds Pro Bluetooth headphones. Additionally, I cannot return the case I purchased for the phone as it has been more than 14 days. I demand that my grievance be addressed and my phone be replaced as soon as possible. I have been victimized by the brand and experienced great disappointment.

The phone, which had previously been serviced under warranty, was sent back to me after more than a month. While checking the phone, I noticed that the back cover was not properly attached. When I contacted KVK again, they asked me to send the device back, which I did. It has been 10 days since then, and when I try to track it on their website, there is a note saying that they are waiting for information from the manufacturer. I don't understand why they are waiting for information from Huawei to fix a part that was changed under warranty and why Huawei still hasn't provided any information. Friends, Huawei is a regret.
