Huawei Ignored Screen Scratches on My Tablet Caused by Manufacturing Defect

I purchased a Huawei tablet, trusting the brand’s quality. Shortly after use, invisible scratches appeared on the screen — they are not visible under normal conditions, but become clearly visible when the screen is fogged up. Therefore, it is physically impossible for these scratches to have been caused by user error; it is undoubtedly a manufacturing defect. I sent the device to Huawei’s authorized service center, Ouno Technical Service, with a detailed explanation of the issue. However, they irresponsibly issued a report stating "there is no issue, it disappears when wiped", and sent the device back to me without resolving the problem. Upon receiving the product, I confirmed that the scratches are still present, and nothing has been corrected despite their claims. This constitutes a deliberate neglect of customer rights and a clear attempt to cover up a production fault. I have collected full evidence, including the invoice, service reports, and photographic proof showing the screen scratches when fogged. I have already submitted a claim to the Consumer Arbitration Board in my country. I am fully confident that I will win the case, as my evidence clearly proves the device is defective due to manufacturing faults. Moreover, if the issue is not resolved immediately, I will initiate a lawsuit for material and moral damages against Huawei.

After Ouno Technical Service claimed “the scratches disappear when wiped,” I received the product. Today, on 29.04.2025, I rechecked the device by fogging the screen and confirmed that the scratches are still clearly present. I documented this with a video recording showing date and time as proof. The issue remains unresolved.

It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no progress. A brand not worth a penny, an authorized service not worth a penny.
