Huawei Mate XS 2 Screen Shattered
Huawei Turkey is a terrible company. The screen on my Huawei Mate XS 2 phone is shattered, and I wanted to replace it. I sent my phone to Genpa Istanbul Authorized Service, as directed by Huawei. There are precious videos and photos on my phone that I wanted to save before any data loss. I even sent a signed letter to the service, stating that I take full responsibility in accordance with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and waive my rights regarding this matter. However, they inexplicably refused to replace the screen using this approach. It's baffling how Huawei, a company of its stature, can provide such poor customer service and reject a straightforward solution. I offered to purchase the screen myself, but they claimed they don't sell spare parts. It's truly disappointing that they won't stand by the products they sell. As the saying goes, "being disgraced with your own money." I'm living it now. I paid 60,000 TL for the phone, and I'm willing to pay 28,000 TL for the screen replacement, but Huawei refuses to help. I've had enough. From now on, I won't spend a dime on Huawei products. They've proven themselves to be an unreliable company. I'll never buy from Huawei again, and they will forever be a disappointment in my eyes.
