Huawei Battery Replacement Gone Wrong - Defective Screen After Service

Last week, I visited the Huawei authorized service center in Istanbul/Ümraniye Canpark to take advantage of the battery replacement campaign. I handed over my phone for the battery replacement, and two days later, I picked it up with the new battery installed. However, in the evening, I noticed that the notch (the area displaying the time, operator, and battery percentage) on my phone never worked. My screen is malfunctioning, and I can't access the notification panel at all. Moreover, the screen randomly taps in places without any input. When I returned to the service center, they claimed it wasn't their fault and said they couldn't do anything about it. The careless attitude of the authorized service is infuriating and leaves the user in distress.
