I’ve been using my Huawei P30 Pro (8GB/256GB) and have always been satisfied with its performance—until the camera started acting up. Now the main camera is completely unusable. It constantly shakes and produces blurry images, making it impossible to take a decent photo. The only time the shaking stops is when I switch to the wide-angle lens, which is clearly not a full solution.
I’ve searched everywhere for a replacement camera module, but no one has the part in stock. I live in Antakya, a region still recovering from the earthquake, and finding a reliable phone repair shop here is already hard enough. I’ve tried every local option, and still nothing. Huawei doesn’t seem to offer any real assistance or parts availability, and I feel completely stuck.
This issue isn’t just about a camera—it’s about missing moments with my children that I can never get back. I want to keep using this phone, but I can’t if I can’t even repair it.
Huawei, I’m asking you directly: make the replacement part available and help your users, especially in underserved areas. This phone isn’t that old, and I deserve access to proper support.
