Huawei Watch GT5 41mm Does Not Stay on My Wrist - I Was Denied a Return

The Huawei Watch GT5 41mm smartwatch I bought from Media Markt doesn’t stay on my wrist. I took it back on the third day, but they refused to accept a return. Later, I sent the watch to Huawei’s technical service. I even offered to pay extra to exchange it for a higher-end model with a fixed strap. They sent it back, saying it met production standards. As shown in the video, the strap loosens with wrist movement, and I have to tighten it every 2–3 hours during the day. When I wake up in the morning, it has rotated on my wrist. What kind of standard is this if a watch can’t even stay securely on the wrist? I’m dealing with a company that refuses to offer any solution.
