Huawei Watch GT4 Quickly Discharges

My wife and I bought two Huawei Watch GT4 watches from the Huawei brand on October 25, 2023. We found out that the battery lasts for 14 days before we made the purchase. But once I started using the watches at the same time, I had to charge them twice a week even though I hardly used them. I sent the watches to the service center and asked for new ones as replacements. I got a notification saying that the battery life can be different, lasting anywhere from 4 to 7 days depending on how much you use it. They didn't find any problems and gave the watches back after updating the software. Why is it that when you buy it, they say the battery lasts for 14 days, but then later they say it can actually be anywhere from 4 to 7 days depending on how you use it? It's really frustrating when a company's brand doesn't stay consistent and they don't fix the problem. I wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone after what we went through.
