Huawei Watch GT 3 Elite Shut Down Due To Overheating And is Dead Now
I have a Huawei GT 3 46mm Elite model watch that is still under warranty (December 22, 2024), but last week, while I was wearing it, it said I was turning it off due to the heat, and it turned back on after some time. The watch, which took days to charge, drained its charge in one day. It said "I turned it off due to overheating for a few days" and did not turn back on after that. The device has been dead for two days. The service says they will replace the battery and return it, but the problem will occur again. How can I use this watch if the battery dies when the outside temperature is only 38 degrees? When the warranty period is up, it will break down again, and the service will be charged. There is no escape. Isn't that a design flaw? I could not get an explanation for this. I hope you take my request for clarification seriously. Otherwise, I am requesting a refund.
