Huawei Devices Constant Repairs and Data Loss

I am very unhappy with Huawei products, and they are making me upset. I bought a phone and a laptop in 2020. Even though I took very good care of both of them, my phone broke in 2022, and my laptop did the same in 2023. All of a sudden, they turned off and wouldn't turn back on. All of my files had to be deleted before I could send them to the service center. Worse, I had to send my laptop in for warranty repair in the summer of 2023, and it took a whole month to get it back. I had to go a month without my laptop, which caused me a lot of trouble. Now, just a week after I got it back, the same problem has come up again, and they say I have to send it back in for another month of repairs. I can't imagine being without my computer for another month, especially since my job depends on it. This is a very frustrating and unacceptable situation.
