Huawei Matebook D 16 Screen Frame Cracked Twice and Warranty Was Denied

I bought a Huawei Matebook D 16 laptop and have been using it for a year. In December 2024, I noticed cracks on both sides of the top edge of the screen frame. Unsure if this was part of the original design, I contacted Huawei customer service and sent photos via email. They asked me to send it to their service center. After inspection, the service confirmed that the damage was not due to a fall or user error, yet they still stated that the cracks were not covered by the warranty. When I objected, they agreed to replace the part for free. However, just ten days after receiving the repaired laptop, the same cracks appeared again. When I contacted them, they mentioned that it could be a chronic issue and asked me to send it back. Despite no falls or impacts, they once again said it wasn’t covered by the warranty. Although I previously mentioned that it seemed to be a recurring defect, they implied during the last conversation that I might have caused the cracks through some subtle, undetectable pressure or impact. A warning to anyone considering buying a Huawei laptop.
