The product has been in service for 2 weeks, and we were told to wait 20 business days, but why should I wait 20 business days for a laptop that broke down on the 15th day? Moreover, it has been confirmed that it is a factory defect. It is not a user error. There is still no result; the defective product is in service in a broken state, and they are returning it in that condition. I advise you not to buy the Huawei brand and discourage others from buying it as well, as such "disappointment" cannot support after-sales service.

I call the authorized service, and they say they can't do anything and that I should talk to the place where I bought it. The place I bought it from is Huawei's own website, and when I call their customer service, they tell me to talk to the service unit because they can't do anything...!
