HSBC Digital Banking Error Charged Me Repeatedly

49

I am extremely frustrated with HSBC Bank's digital issue, which has caused my transactions to duplicate and increase over time. I made a purchase using my virtual card, yet despite having no available balance, my account went into a negative balance, and the charge kept repeating on my statement.

Currently, my pending transactions show an unauthorized charge of $1,622.20 USD, which I did not make. HSBC customer service confirmed that this is a digital banking issue, not fraudulent activity by a third party. Even my branch confirmed the problem, yet no resolution has been provided.

I expected a globally trusted bank like HSBC to handle such issues professionally, but my frustration continues to grow. I demand immediate action from the relevant department to correct my card transactions and remove these duplicate charges.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will pursue my legal rights in court. This is a huge disappointment and a serious failure in HSBC’s digital security and customer service.
