HSBC Charged an Unfair Annual Fee on My Credit Card – I Want a Refund

-I am requesting a refund for the annual fee that HSBC charged to my credit card. Every year, I have to go through this frustrating process, asking for a refund for a fee that should not be charged in the first place.
Once again, this year, HSBC has deducted this unfair charge, and I expect a full refund. Banks should not be profiting from unjustified fees, especially when customers are forced to dispute them repeatedly.
HSBC, process my refund immediately! I expect the bank to show fairness and transparency regarding these charges. Stop making customers fight for their money every year! Please handle this issue with the seriousness it deserves.
