Unauthorized Charge On PlayStation Network UK
On October 22, 2025, a transaction of ₺3,170 was made from my QNB Bank virtual credit card through PlayStation Network UK without my knowledge. Even though I don’t have a PlayStation account, my card information was used for this unauthorized transaction. I contacted both PlayStation and QNB Bank customer service regarding the issue and filed a dispute with the bank, but no resolution has been provided. A similar incident happened to me once before, and I faced the same problem again. I immediately canceled my card after the transaction. Neither PlayStation nor QNB Bank has provided any information or explanation about the matter. My card details were used without my permission, causing financial loss. I request that this incident be investigated, my loss be compensated, and the necessary security measures be taken to protect my card information.
