HSBC Credit Card Refund Demand

I made a payment of twice the total credit card limit on my HSBC credit card based on the statement issued on May 2nd. Without my knowledge, HSBC has made a transaction under sales processing for the remaining amount exceeding the limit. When I contacted the bank, they informed me that due to the over-the-limit payment, they needed to transfer the excess amount to another bank and requested an IBAN number. They mentioned it would take 2-4 business days to process. Today is the 6th business day, and they haven't made the payment or restored the card for use. Every day I call, they assure me the transaction will be completed today, but since May 5, 2024, they haven't been able to transfer the money to the IBAN. I have never encountered another bank that neither increases the credit card limit nor blocks excess payments. I urgently demand them to make the payment today and increase the credit card limit.
