HSBC Credit Card Debt Still Showing After 5 Years

29

I fully paid off my HSBC credit card debt five years ago, yet an incorrect outstanding balance (764) is still showing in Memzuc and across banking systems. This is completely unacceptable, and I believe the issue originates from HSBC. Due to this erroneous record, I am wrongfully flagged as having unpaid debt, which is causing serious financial complications. HSBC’s legal department must urgently investigate this and, if the error is on their end, provide an official "No Outstanding Debt" letter to rectify the issue. I should not be dealing with a faulty debt record after all these years! I demand immediate action and a resolution from HSBC without further delay.
