Invalid HP FD0001FD Laptop Warranty, Refused Replacement


On August 28, 2023, we purchased an HP FD0001FD laptop from Media Markt Kurtköy mall. However, when we opened the package a few days after receiving the product, we noticed scratches and gaps. Frustrated, I filed a complaint on this website, and HP responded by promising to investigate the situation. They told us to take the laptop to a repair shop. We took their advice and dropped off the laptop, but we received no information about what happened there. They simply told us to come get it. We specifically requested a laptop exchange, not a repair, and HP should have informed Media Markt of this. I took matters into my own hands and contacted HP directly, and their representative advised us to return to the point of purchase and request an exchange or refund. However, HP did not notify Media Markt of our request, resulting in a frustrating back-and-forth. This experience calls into question the quality of customer service we received from both Media Markt and HP.


We've applied everywhere, done what's necessary, but HP hasn't contacted us or provided a solution.

I urgently request HP to provide a solution.
