I got my new HP Victus 16-s0053nt laptop last Friday and I installed Windows 11 Home on it. I installed the latest update using Windows Update, but when I started playing games, the frame rate was surprisingly low and disappointing. It has a hard time reaching 45 frames per second in CS2, even on the recommended (high) settings, even though it's a model that should handle Ultra settings easily. It's so annoying when there's always lag. Also, there's a problem with the camera - even though I've tried everything that was suggested, it still shows the message "camera not found." I haven't gotten enough help from the customer service team, unfortunately. If these problems keep happening, I'm seriously thinking about returning the laptop soon. I advise anyone considering purchasing this model to reconsider.
