I bought the HP Victus 15 fb0025nt a few months ago, but it started having problems with overheating. So, I had to send it in for repairs. They swapped out the motherboard and gave back the device after a month. So, I'm dealing with the same issue once again: the temperature of my processor shoots up to 90-95 degrees Celsius when I'm gaming. When I told the authorities about this, they said it's normal, but these temperatures are really affecting my FPS. I even reset my computer and changed from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11, but the problem is still there. Please, either fix this problem for good or give me a new product.
