I Didn’t Agree to IQScore.me Subscription but Was Charged
I was charged $14.99 by the service IQScore.me on 18/04/2026, using my Nubank credit card in Brazil, even though I do not recall agreeing to any subscription or recurring payment. I only intended to take a one-time IQ test (“teste de QI”), and at no time was it clearly informed that this would generate a recurring charge or a subscription. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring service linked to my data and my card, as well as a full refund of the $14.99 that was charged without my clear and informed consent. I could not even find a clear contact channel for IQScore.me to resolve this directly, which makes the situation even more frustrating. If this is not resolved quickly with the cancellation and refund, I will proceed with a formal dispute of the transaction through my bank, Nubank.
