16-e0028nt HP Victus Laptop Broken Bezel



My journey as a proud owner of the Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0028nt has been quite eventful. When I opened the laptop lid recently, I heard a faint cracking sound. Despite the fact that I couldn't see any visible damage, this morning revealed a hairline crack along the hinge area and the screen bezel. Even more concerning, the screen appeared to be slightly separated from the casing at the damaged location. Surprisingly, I was told that this was not covered by the warranty, which perplexed me. How could simply opening and closing the laptop be considered a user error? This warranty policy befuddles me. My opinion of the HP brand has shifted dramatically, as this experience has made me doubt the device's durability and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
