HP Victus 16 Laptop Dead Pixel Not Covered Under Warranty
There is a dead pixel on my HP Victus 16 model. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that it is not covered under warranty because there is only one dead pixel. Therefore, they cannot take any action. I am truly surprised to encounter such an issue with a brand new device, and I am really disappointed that the problem has not been resolved. It's something a big company like HP shouldn't be doing, and I feel very sorry about it. "And it's affecting my usage significantly because I'm quite obsessed with such things."
