Defective Hinges on HP Pavilion 15 cx0041nt
In the year 2020, I purchased an HP Pavilion 15 cx0041nt laptop. Unfortunately, the hinge area of my laptop is making loud cracking noises and will not open or close properly. I'm afraid it'll shatter in my hands if I try to open it. I'm baffled as to why this is happening because the laptop hasn't been damaged in any way. I paid a significant amount of money for a computer that I thought was of high quality, so I expected HP to be of higher quality, especially given the amount of money I spent on it. Even though the warranty period has expired, I would appreciate it if HP would still address this issue for free while it is still under warranty. Thank you very much.
