HP Victus 16 Laptop Returned Broken By Service Center - No Response

I sent my HP Victus 16 laptop to an HP authorized service center due to issues with the hall sensor and overheating. I carefully wrapped it in bubble wrap and placed it in the box. However, the service center returned it without any protective wrapping, resulting in my device arriving broken. Despite this, they denied responsibility, claiming it was user error. I submitted a photo of the damage report for my device, serial number: CND3511X8F. I've been suffering from a broken device for about two weeks, and despite contacting HP customer service daily for a week, I haven't received a response. I'm told "the relevant department will call," but no one has called, and I haven't received any information. The service center is entirely at fault for sending the product without protection. Therefore, I demand a replacement. I want my problem resolved as soon as possible and my inconvenience resolved.

I was contacted regarding the issue. I was told that the review would take a little longer. If a replacement is made and my grievance is resolved, I will add that as well.
