Hotspot Shield Annual Subscription Billed Without Consent

On November 7, 2025, a one-year subscription was started by Google Hotspot Shield without my knowledge or consent, and approximately $59 USD was charged to my account. I did not receive any confirmation or notification regarding this transaction. The subscription was processed through my Google account (a************@hotmail.com)** on my Samsung A32 device.

So far, I have not contacted Google or Hotspot Shield customer support. I request that the subscription be canceled and that the charged amount be refunded to me. I have invoices and payment receipts related to this transaction.

I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly.
