On February 5, 2025, a one-year subscription was activated by Google Hotspot Shield without my knowledge or consent, and approximately $59 USD was charged to my account. I did not receive any confirmation or notification message regarding this transaction. I request that this subscription be canceled and that the charged amount be refunded to me.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance and prompt attention to this matter.
