Hotspot Shield Charged My Card Without Permission After Canceling

Hotspot Shield took 2600₺ from my account without my consent, even though I already canceled my subscription. This is unacceptable—I demand an immediate refund!

They offer a free trial, but it’s clearly designed to trap users into forgetting about the subscription so they can silently withdraw money. I canceled in time, yet they still charged my card without authorization.

I expect Hotspot Shield to refund my money immediately and ensure that canceled subscriptions are not charged. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will escalate it further.
