I had a problem with the vegetable compartment in my fridge at home, so I reached out to the company called Hotpoint Ariston Hoover Ferre Sanica to get it repaired. They came over on November 7, 2023 and took a piece of my fridge. They said they needed to check the problem in their workshop.
They came on November 11, 2023, which was a Saturday, and replaced the circuit board. They charged me 4,250 ₺ for it. I have a service form that's already filled out. They told me to wait until Sunday and said that the appliance would give a signal and start working again. But the problem kept happening.
I reached out to them again on Monday, November 13, 2023, letting them know that the problem still hadn't been fixed. They showed up on November 14, 2023, which was a Tuesday, and now they're saying that the sensor was broken. They said they would bring a new part on November 15 and fix the issue.
They came back on November 15, 2023, which was a Wednesday, and said that the fridge's motor wasn't working. They mentioned that fixing it would cost around 6000 ₺. But when I first complained, there wasn't any problem with the motor. Even though I told them about the issue, they kept saying it was broken and that they wouldn't fix it unless I paid.
While the repairs were being done, two separate teams showed up on different days. They didn't confess to causing the damage themselves. I'm really unhappy with their work, and as a single woman, I feel like I'm at a big disadvantage.
