Hotmegle Charged Higher Prices Than Advertised for Minutes Purchased via Google Play
I am filing a complaint regarding incorrect charges for the purchase of minutes on Hotmegle via Google Play in Poland, paid with a credit card. When I decided to buy minutes, the offer clearly showed the price of 21 PLN. I bought these minutes three times, assuming that each transaction would cost 21 PLN. In practice, after accepting the payments, it turned out that the second purchase cost me 42 PLN and the third 84 PLN, instead of 21 PLN each time as stated in the offer. I consider this misleading and unfair because the amount charged was significantly higher than the amount shown at the time of purchase. I tried to verify these transactions and contact support, but I was unable to reach Hotmegle, and when I wanted to check the purchase history, information about these purchases did not appear, which makes the situation even more worrying. In this situation, I expect a quick and effective refund of the overpaid amounts and correction of the incorrect charges applied during these three purchases of minutes.
