I just discovered a ₺269 charge on my bank account labeled “Google Bumble Dating g.co/helppay”, and I never authorized this payment. Normally, Google requires verification from the cardholder before any transaction is processed, but clearly, my card information was used without permission.
I don’t even use Bumble in a way that would involve a paid subscription, and I definitely didn’t approve this charge. This is a serious unauthorized transaction, and I want my money refunded immediately.
Google and Bumble need to investigate this breach and ensure it doesn’t happen to others. I also demand that my card information be removed from their systems permanently. This kind of charge without consent is unacceptable, and I won’t let it go unresolved.
