I Accidentally Paid Omegle for Unban and Want to Cancel the Mobile Payment
Hello, I’m reaching out because I accidentally made a payment on Omegle to lift a ban. I didn’t intend to make this purchase, and I’m now trying to find a way to cancel the transaction. The payment was made through mobile billing, and it was processed almost instantly before I realized what had happened.
This was a genuine mistake, and I do not want or need the unban service. I expected there to be some sort of confirmation or refund option, but Omegle offers no clear way to reverse the charge or speak to real customer support.
I’m asking for the payment to be refunded immediately. I also request that the company provide a more transparent and secure process for payments—especially for accidental charges made through mobile carriers. Charging users with no clear return policy or support structure is unacceptable.
Please reverse this transaction as soon as possible and ensure other users don’t fall into the same trap.
