I Paid Twice for Connected2.me Promote Feature but Got Nothing

I attempted to use the Shuffle Promote feature on Connected2.me, but the experience turned into a complete letdown. While trying to activate the feature, I noticed that I was charged twice via automatic payment, yet the promote feature never started. I waited, refreshed, even checked my balance—nothing showed up.
Thinking it was a glitch, I gave it one more try, and only then did the promote time activate. But now I’ve been charged three times, and I only received one session of promote access. I’ve reached out, but there’s been no response or refund regarding the first two unauthorized charges.
I’m requesting an immediate refund for the extra ₺ charges and a proper explanation. This kind of inconsistency and lack of support is unacceptable, especially when users are paying. Please take action and resolve this issue.
