Reservation Not Found at Ankara Hotel Through Hotels.com – No Customer Support

I booked a hotel in Ankara through Hotels.com, but when I arrived the next morning, the hotel couldn’t find my reservation. We were left in a very difficult situation. I tried contacting Hotels.com customer service by phone, but it was impossible to reach anyone. I was forced to use the online assistant, which didn’t help either – I was connected to foreign names asking if I spoke English, making communication impossible. Hotels.com offers no real customer support, and now they’re holding my money for 10 days. If you want to avoid being stranded, I strongly advise against booking with them.
