Refund Request for Non-Existent Reservation at Alkan Hotel via Hotels.com

I made a reservation for a one-night stay at Alkan Hotel in Marmaris through Hotels.com. However, when I contacted the hotel to confirm the reservation, the hotel owners informed me that they could not find any such booking. When I tried to cancel the reservation through Hotels.com, I was informed that there was no option for a refund.
I am currently in the process of trying to get my refund. I request that Hotels.com process my refund as soon as possible and issue an apology for this inconvenience.
