Need Help Canceling My Hotels.com Room Booking

I made a room reservation through Hotels.com for a stay in Auburn, United States, for the dates 20–21 June. I later decided to cancel this booking and requested a cancellation, but despite my efforts, the process has not been handled properly. My booking reference is 738127875. I contacted Hotels.com customer service about this issue, but I have not received any response so far and my problem remains unresolved. I am disappointed that I have been left without clear information or a solution regarding the cancellation. I kindly request a full refund for this booking and written confirmation that my reservation has been canceled without any charges.
