Hotels.com Double Booking Error
I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com, and they charged me. When I got at the hotel, they claimed the room was fully booked and that Hotels.com had sold it without their knowledge. Consequently, I couldn't remain at the hotel. As a result, we have paid for a room that we have not used. Hotels.com currently does not have a contact number, and the hotel refuses to accept responsibility, claiming, "we don't have the money." If this matter is not handled, I will pursue my rights through other channels. Please return my payment. I believe it is inappropriate that Hotels.com sold a fully booked room, and I need a swift resolution to my complaint. Reservation #: 72819773292627.

The issue has been resolved. However, there is no way to communicate with the company other than through complaints. Secondly, the deposited amount is less than the deducted amount, which has both victimized me and is inappropriate due to the insufficient deposit.
