Today, I booked a stay at Pasha Suit Otel in Tokat through Hotels.com, and I was charged ₺840. When I arrived, the property was in terrible condition, with foul smells coming from the room, making it completely unfit for staying. I immediately requested a cancellation, but they refused.
I then asked to change rooms, and the hotel owner told me, “We won’t give you another room either.” The situation escalated to the point where I was threatened, and yet Hotels.com did nothing to help me. They offered no support, no resolution, and no refund.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺840 and action from Hotels.com. You can’t ignore customers who are being mistreated and put in unsafe conditions. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be using your platform again unless this is resolved.
