Hotels.com Hotel Did Not Match Photos – I Want My Money Back

Between April 23–26, I made a reservation through Hotels.com, under their “Hotels.com Guarantee,” at a property called Abant Vadi for a 3-night stay in a one large bed room. I paid over $550 in total for this booking.
However, when I arrived at the hotel, both the room and the overall property were completely different from what was shown in the listing photos and what I expected. The room was far from the comfortable and modern appearance in the photos—it felt more like a poorly converted, basic village room. The so-called “lake view” advertised in the listing turned out to be nothing more than a very small fish pond.
Overall, the property did not match the images or the impression presented on Hotels.com in any way. There was only one staff member available, and their response was dismissive, essentially saying, “what you see is what we sold,” showing no concern for the situation.
Due to this misleading listing and the significant disappointment I experienced, I request a refund of the amount I paid through Hotels.com. At the very least, I expect a refund for the remaining 2 nights (excluding the night of April 23). I ask that my complaint be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.

I made a reservation through Hotels.com for a three-night stay with a single large bed in Abant Valley from April 23 to 26, and paid over ₺18,000. When I arrived at the hotel, the room and facilities did not match the listing photos at all; the room was like a village hut, and instead of a lake view there was a small fish pond. The only person I could communicate with displayed an indifferent attitude. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid, specifically for the two nights excluding the night of April 23.

I submitted my complaint, but no one has contacted me and the issue is still ongoing. The situation is very bad.
