Hotels.com Double Charge At Frimley Lodge Motel

I made a reservation via Hotels.com for Frimley Lodge Motel from 24th until 27th under the name Christiane Farias, with booking/itinerary number 73307131220810. For this same stay, my card was charged twice, so I have been double charged for one single reservation. Both payments appear on my card statement as charges for the same booking. When I contacted customer service about the double charge, instead of resolving the issue directly, they asked me to provide my full credit card details, which I am not comfortable sharing in this way. I find it unacceptable that I have to disclose all my card information again in order to correct a mistake that is clearly visible from the reservation and payment records. I request that the second, duplicate charge for this booking be cancelled and fully refunded back to my card based on the existing transaction and booking information, without requiring me to provide my full card details again.

Problem has been solved. Manager returned extra charge as a refund to into my bank account. Cheers
