I Can’t Confirm Hotels.com Payment and Can’t Reach Customer Service for Booking Issue
I made a hotel reservation on Hotels.com under itinerary number 72064821341517 and entered my credit card details to finalize the booking. However, I never received any clear confirmation about whether my card was charged or not. To clarify the situation, I contacted the hotel directly. They told me they would be collecting the payment in cash at check-in.
This left me completely confused—why was I asked to enter my credit card details if the hotel expects cash? Was my card already charged? Will I be double-charged? I’ve tried to reach out to Hotels.com for clarification, but there is no working customer support number, no live chat, and no email response. It’s incredibly frustrating that a global company offers no way for customers to speak with a representative.
