Hotels.com Charged Me But Booking Not Confirmed - I Can’t Reach Support
I made a booking through this line on 18 June for a stay at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower in Las Vegas for the dates 17–18 June. The payment was taken from me, but I never received any confirmation email and my reservation is not confirmed in the system. At this point I am unable to reach proper support or obtain a valid confirmation for the stay, even though I have a Hotels.com booking/itinerary number: 72066368398596. This situation has caused serious inconvenience, as I was expecting to have a confirmed reservation after the payment was processed. I request that Hotels.com either immediately confirm and activate my booking at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower under the above itinerary number or, if that is not possible, issue a full refund of the amount charged to me without any deductions. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation of the action taken.
