Hostinger Blocks Essential SSH Commands and Denies 30-Day Refund Request


I purchased the business web hosting service from Hostinger, intending to transfer a database via SSH. However, I quickly realized that critical commands like "sudo" and many others are restricted. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for a service that I can't fully use. Frustrated, I decided to request a refund, as they advertise a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. Despite this, I’m unable to access the "Refund Policy" section, and my refund request has been ignored. Hostinger needs to address this issue promptly and honor their refund policy for dissatisfied customers like me!
