Hostinger Charged ₺580.59 Despite Canceling Auto-Renewal
In January 2024, I purchased a domain from Hostinger but never used it. I made sure to disable the auto-renewal feature, yet five days ago, ₺580.59 was withdrawn from my Papara card without my consent. I attempted to contact Hostinger's live support for assistance, but I couldn’t reach anyone. This charge is completely unjustified, and I demand a full refund of ₺580.59 down to the last cent. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with legal action. Hostinger, I expect you to take responsibility and address this matter immediately. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I need a resolution without further delay.
