Due to a system error on Hostelworld.com, the refund they agreed to for my booking (reservation number: 9212656848522) has still not been processed. I have been waiting for several weeks, and the entire process has already taken 2.5 months.
This delay is unacceptable, and I am frustrated with the lack of promptness in resolving the issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive any meaningful updates or confirmation about when the refund will be deposited into my account.
I demand immediate action to finalize the refund and better communication from Hostelworld’s customer service team. Waiting this long for a refund is unreasonable, and I expect a resolution without further delays.
