On Thursday, April 11, I made a reservation for Cappa Suites in Nevşehir through Hostelworld, with Reservation Number 317409-560912098. I paid a $50 reservation fee, thinking my stay was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find it was completely closed. Hostelworld provided no prior notice about this, leaving me stranded without accommodation and out of pocket for the reservation fee. Despite reaching out for support, I still haven’t received any refund or help from Hostelworld. This experience was frustrating, and I urge Hostelworld to resolve this immediately by refunding my money. I shouldn’t be charged for a non-existent service.
