Service Delay for Hoover Dryer Installation
I signed up for the approved service through the call center so that the Hoover dryer I bought from Hepsiburada could be installed. But there was no follow-up. If we can't use the gadget, I'd like to return it without having opened it. The item came on November 9, but no one has contacted me yet. It's not clear when they'll arrive. I was hoping for at least a phone call with information like, "We will set up a time to meet on a certain day." But not even that is there.
