Hoover Dryer Wasn't Installed and the Service Was Rude When I Asked for Help

I bought a Hoover dryer from the Erzurum Migros store, and it's been two days, but the installation still isn't done. When I reached out to the official Erzurum service to ask about the delay, the reply I got was really annoying. The person I talked to was unhelpful and condescending, saying, "This is how our service operates; if you’re not satisfied, just send the product back." This sucked. I reached out to Turkey’s customer service to escalate the issue, but they completely dropped the ball and didn’t even follow up with the service center. I'm frustrated that my dryer hasn't been installed yet. At this rate, I just want to send it back. This whole situation has been way more stressful than it needs to be.
